7. Shipping & Delivery

8. Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

9. Returns & Replacements

Due to the personal nature of skincare products and hygiene considerations, opened or used products cannot be returned.

However, replacements or refunds may be provided if:

  • You receive the wrong product

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs and your order number.
